City of Perrysburg:  Water

• During months we do not use water (January-May), City of Perrysburg charges us $20.26/month

• Summer month consumption in 2020 ranged from 1800-6700

• Summer month bills ranged from $121.55 to $452.45

Waterville Landscaping, Inc:  Sprinkler Maintenance (Contract)

• Basic Start up - $85

  • Turn on water, fill lines, check leaks

  • Check backflow to make sure it seals

  • Use timeclock to check each zone

  • Correcting any problems found during basic start up - billed separately

  • After all start-up items are complete, time clock will be left in "OFF" position until needed

• Services calls - $95/hr (one tech) or $160/hr (two techs)

• Winterization - $95

Land-Art Inc:  Lawn Care (Contract)

• 22146 sq. ft - $107.17 per application (5 applications in 2020)

• Spring Feeding:  Extended pre-emergency crabgrass control with slow release granular fertilizer for an early spring green-up

• Late Spring/Early Summer:  Slow release granular fertilizer treatment as well as liquid broad-leaf weed control, check for turf damaging insect activity

• Summer Care:  Continued slow release granular fertilizer, treatment of broadleaf weeds and summer grassy weeds, and insect analysis.

• Winterizer:  100% slow release turf builder to help the lawn store nutrients during winter and provide quick spring green up.

United States Postal Service, Perrysburg:  Post Office Box #333 - $188/year (has increased 10-20% per year, each year)

American Family Insurance:  Liability Insurance - $304/year

Welch Publishing Company:  Garage Sale Ads - $30 (discontinued beginning in 2021)

Stykemain Mowing:  Lawn Mowing Services - $65/mow
